Manufacturer Warranty for the PAX Plus Vaporizer

PAX offer a 10 year limited warranty on the PAX Plus vaporizer and a 2 year limited warranty on the PAX Mini vaporizer against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 10 years from the date of retail purchase from Evertree.

If for any reason you experience issues with your device please go directly to the Pax website at the following link https://www.pax.com/pages/faq and open up a customer support ticket. Pax will then go through trouble shooting with you to determine the issue.

Please note the warranty is not applicable on mouthpieces or other accessories as they are replaceable parts which will need to be replaced over time.

Does the grip sleeve help with the heat during long sessions?

Yes, that’s actually one of the best reasons to get one. Since the PAX 4 uses a new hybrid heater that gets up to temp quickly, the sleeve creates a nice barrier so the device stays comfortable to hold even when the oven is running at full tilt.

Does it attract a lot of lint or pocket fluff?

Since it's a high-quality "soft-touch" silicone, it’s much smoother than the cheap rubbery ones. It might pick up a tiny bit of dust, but you can usually just wipe it clean with your thumb or a damp cloth in seconds.

Can I still use the charging cable with the sleeve on?

Absolutely. There’s a dedicated cutout for the new USB-C port at the bottom. You won't have to go through the hassle of taking the sleeve off every time you need to plug it in for a charge.

Will this sleeve fit my older PAX 3 or PAX Plus?

This specific sleeve is tailored for the PAX 4 (the 2026 model). While the size is similar to the older models, the PAX 4 has the USB-C port and a slightly different button feel, so this version ensures a perfect, "glove-like" fit.

Does it come in different colours?

The standard replacement is usually Onyx (black), but it's designed to complement all the new 2026 colourways like Sage and Elderberry. It’s a simple way to customise the look of your vape while keeping it safe from everyday wear.
