A 510 battery is a small rechargeable device with a threaded connector that accepts pre-filled cartridges of concentrate oil. The battery does two jobs. Because the cartridge does the actual heating and holds the oil, a 510 battery has no chamber to clean and no reclaim to manage. When the cartridge is empty, you unscrew it and replace it. When the battery needs charging, most current models use USB-C.

DaVinci is primarily a premium dry herb vaporizer brand, but the DaVinci ARTIQ is a dedicated concealed-cartridge 510 vaporizer.
