Storz & Bickel is responsible for all their product warranties. To activate the warranty, the product must be registered on their website within the first year of purchase. Please visit the following link to complete the registration: https://www.storz-bickel.com/en/registration

For the Crafty Plus Vaporizer, there is a standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. If you register your device on the Storz & Bickel website, you will receive an additional one-year warranty.

If you encounter any issues with your device within the warranty period, you will need to file a warranty request through your Storz & Bickel account.

Warranty is not applicable to mouthpieces & accessories as they are replaceable items.

Although you have the option to return the device to us to complete this process on your behalf, please note that this will result in a much longer repair or replacement process. We will need to create an account on your behalf, input your information and gather information about your device, which will add a lot more time to the overall process.

How do I set the temperature on the CRAFTY?

The temperature of the CRAFTY can be set by using the free CRAFTY Remote Control App. For connecting to the app, you need a Bluetooth Low Energy smartphone on which the app acts as a CRAFTY display. The app is not necessary for operating the Vaporizer as this works perfectly with the default settings: basic temperature is 180°C and booster temperature is 195°C.

It features both convection and conduction heating, designed to heat your herbs evenly with no stirring required.

How fast is the Crafty Plus?

It reaches your set temperature in about a minute, making it quick and efficient for everyday use.

Is there an app for the Crafty Plus?

Absolutely. Use the S&B app to adjust temperature, check battery, and tailor your sessions in real-time.

How many sessions can I get per charge?

On average, you’ll get 4–6 sessions from a full charge—more if you’re using lower temps.

Should I get the Crafty or the Mighty?

Choose the Crafty+ for pocket-sized power; go with the Mighty+ for bigger sessions and more manual control.
