The New Puffco Proxy Vaporizer keeps the original modular Proxy concept, letting one smart base work across multiple compatible pieces. The updated body feels more secure in hand while remaining compatible with previous Proxy glass, so existing setups still fit perfectly.
Bluetooth support now brings full Puffco app control, allowing you to fine-tune temperatures, session length, vapour intensity and lighting styles. You can save custom profiles for different concentrates, then switch back to simple one-button operation whenever you want a more straightforward session. The Proxy can also be used dry for portability or paired with water pieces for cooler draws at home.
The biggest improvement is the upgraded 3D Chamber with a taller, deeper bowl. It heats concentrates from the sides and base for more even vaporisation, helping deliver smooth, flavour-rich vapour while reducing spills and spitback. The deeper chamber also allows slightly larger loads and quicker clean-up between sessions.
Four colour-coded heat levels remain available directly on the device for quick control without opening the app. Battery life is improved over the original Proxy, offering up to around 15 sessions per charge at moderate settings, with USB-C charging taking roughly two hours from empty. For best results, load concentrates cold, rotate the cap during use to direct airflow, and keep the chamber, threads and contact ring clean with regular swabbing and occasional soaking.

Puffco provides a 1-year warranty on the electronic components of the Proxy vaporizer.
The warranty does not apply to mouthpieces, tanks, coils, or other replaceable parts. Once you submit a claim, a product specialist will guide you through troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved, a replacement may be arranged where applicable.
