CCELL is a vaporizer hardware brand known for its ceramic heating technology, 510 batteries and compact oil vaporization devices. Since launching in 2016, the brand has developed cartridges, batteries, pod systems and all-in-one hardware with a strong focus on simple operation, consistent performance and portable design.
At Evertree UK, our current CCELL range is focused on the CCELL M4 510 Battery. It is a slim, inhale-activated battery designed for compatible 510-thread cartridges and provides a straightforward alternative to batteries with screens, buttons or multiple voltage settings.
CCELL was established in 2016 and became particularly well known for introducing ceramic heating components into portable vaporizer hardware. The brand has since expanded into a broad range of cartridges, 510 batteries, pod systems and all-in-one devices.
Ceramic heating remains an important part of CCELL’s wider technology platform. Rather than using traditional cotton-based heating structures, CCELL developed porous ceramic heating elements designed to distribute heat evenly and manage thicker oils more consistently.
The company continues to develop new heating platforms and portable hardware while maintaining a large research, development and manufacturing operation.
Alongside its cartridge technology, CCELL has developed a range of rechargeable 510 batteries. These vary from simple pen-style batteries to larger palm-shaped devices with adjustable voltage, airflow controls and preheat functions.
The standard 510 thread is one of the most widely used cartridge connections. A compatible cartridge screws or connects to the battery, while the battery provides the power required by the heating element inside the cartridge.
Different CCELL batteries are designed around different priorities. Some focus on adjustable settings and additional controls, while others keep operation as simple as possible through inhale activation and fixed power output.
Our current CCELL range features the CCELL M4 510 Battery. The M4 takes the simpler approach to 510 battery design, with automatic inhale activation, fixed power output and a slim pen-style body.
The CCELL M4 is designed for customers who want a straightforward battery for compatible 510-thread cartridges. There is no firing button, screen or voltage menu. Attach a suitable cartridge and inhale to activate the battery automatically.
Fixed power output removes the need to select between different voltage settings. This makes the M4 particularly easy to use if you prefer a basic cartridge battery rather than a device with additional modes or manual controls.
The slim stainless steel body keeps the battery compact and easy to carry, while USB-C charging removes the need for an older screw-on charger.

One of the main advantages of the M4 is its simplicity. Airflow through the cartridge activates the battery automatically when you inhale, so there is no need to press a firing button before each draw.
This also means there are fewer settings to manage. The M4 does not use selectable voltage levels or a preheat menu, making it better suited to users who prefer straightforward operation.
Because activation relies on airflow, the cartridge should not be overtightened. Excessive pressure on the connection can restrict airflow or interfere with the electrical contact between the battery and cartridge.
The CCELL M4 uses the widely adopted 510-thread connection and is designed to work with suitable screw-on cartridges.
However, 510 threading alone does not guarantee compatibility with every cartridge. Cartridge diameter, airflow design, centre-contact position and electrical resistance can vary between manufacturers, so unusually designed cartridges may not work correctly with every 510 battery.
For normal use, screw the cartridge onto the battery until it is secure without overtightening it. If the battery does not activate, check the connection and airflow before assuming there is a fault with the battery.
CCELL built much of its reputation around ceramic heating technology used within its vaporizer cartridges and other atomization hardware.
The company’s original ceramic heating platform was introduced in 2016. CCELL has continued developing that technology through newer generations of ceramic heating systems designed to improve heat distribution and compatibility with different types of oils.
It is important to distinguish the battery from the cartridge itself. A 510 battery such as the M4 supplies power, while the heating technology that vaporizes the oil is located inside the attached cartridge.
CCELL has extensive experience developing both cartridge technology and the batteries designed to power cartridge-based systems. Its range includes everything from basic pen batteries to more advanced devices with adjustable voltage, airflow and preheat functions.
The M4 sits at the simple end of that range. It is designed for users who value a compact size, buttonless operation and standard 510 compatibility rather than additional electronic controls.
It can also make a practical spare battery because of its small size and uncomplicated operation.
The M4 contains a rechargeable 290mAh battery and charges through USB-C. Runtime depends on factors including draw length, frequency of use and the electrical characteristics of the attached cartridge.
The 510 connection should be kept clean because oil residue can interfere with both airflow and electrical contact. Remove the cartridge before cleaning and gently wipe the threaded area and centre contact.
If a small amount of residue remains, a lightly dampened alcohol swab can be used around the connection. Allow the area to dry completely before reconnecting the cartridge.
Evertree UK currently stocks the CCELL M4 510 Battery. Stock is held in our UK warehouse and dispatched using tracked delivery.
The M4 is covered by a 2-year limited warranty and is currently available as our straightforward CCELL option for compatible 510 cartridges.
