The Boveda 62% 8g humidity pack gives you steady 62% RH control for up to 28g, or 1 oz, of herbs. This Boveda Size 8 pack suits personal storage, medium stash jars, tins and travel cases.
The 62% RH level is a good choice if you prefer herbs with a slightly more hydrated feel than Boveda 58%. It helps protect aroma, texture and terpene freshness. Also, it reduces the chance of stored material becoming too dry, brittle or harsh.
Also known as B62, this 8g pack measures approximately 6.99cm x 6.35cm. As a result, it fits easily into most storage containers without taking up much room. For around 1 oz of material, it offers a simple way to keep herbs in better condition between uses.
UK storage conditions can change through the year, from damp rooms and cold weather to dry air caused by central heating. Boveda’s two way humidity control helps manage those changes inside an airtight container, releasing or absorbing moisture as needed.
In an airtight environment, Boveda packs are accurate to +/-2% RH of the level printed on the pack. To use it, open the protective wrapper, place the Boveda 62% 8g pack with your herbs and close the lid. There is no activation, soaking, refilling or charging needed.
The pack usually lasts around 2 to 4 months in a well sealed container, depending on how often you open it and the condition of the material inside. Replace it when the entire pack becomes firm or hard to the touch. Unopened spare packs can last up to 2 years when stored correctly, so keep them sealed, away from direct sunlight and high heat.
