Manufacturer Warranty for the PAX Plus Vaporizer

PAX offer a 10 year limited warranty on the PAX Plus vaporizer and a 2 year limited warranty on the PAX Mini vaporizer against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 10 years from the date of retail purchase from Evertree.

If for any reason you experience issues with your device please go directly to the Pax website at the following link https://www.pax.com/pages/faq and open up a customer support ticket. Pax will then go through trouble shooting with you to determine the issue.

Please note the warranty is not applicable on mouthpieces or other accessories as they are replaceable parts which will need to be replaced over time.

Can I use this lid if I only want to pack a small bowl?

This is the standard "full-pack" lid. It’s great if you like a full session, but if you want to use less material, you’ll want to look for the "half-pack" version. This one is meant to keep the oven fully packed for a standard session.

What material is the Pax 4 Oven Lid made from?

It’s a tough, heat-resistant piece with built-in magnets. It’s built to last, but since it’s a small part that gets handled a lot, it’s always a good idea to have a spare in your kit just in case the original goes missing.

Does it come in the new Sage or Elderberry colours?

How do I pop the lid off easily?

PAX updated the lid for the Pax 4 so the sides are easier to grip. You just press down on one edge to tilt it up, and the magnets will let go. It’s much easier to open with one hand than some of the older models.

Will a new lid fix my airflow issues?

If your old lid isn't sitting flush because it’s warped or dirty, a new one will definitely help. A tight seal is key for getting those thick clouds PAX is known for, so keeping the lid in good shape is a must.
