This official adapter is designed only for the PAX Flow. It clicks into place without extra parts, then removes easily when you want to switch back to dry use. The heat-resistant build makes it suitable for regular sessions, while the simple shape keeps cleaning and storage straightforward.
The PAX Flow Water Pipe Adapter replaces the standard mouthpiece and lets the PAX Flow connect to compatible glass water pieces. It fits both 14 mm and 18 mm female joints, so it works with many common water pipe setups. Once fitted, it creates a secure seal to help keep airflow steady during use.

Please note the warranty is not applicable on mouthpieces or other accessories as they are replaceable parts which will need to be replaced over time.
