Manufacturer Warranty for the PAX Plus Vaporizer

PAX offer a 10 year limited warranty on the PAX Plus vaporizer and a 2 year limited warranty on the PAX Mini vaporizer against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 10 years from the date of retail purchase from Evertree.

If for any reason you experience issues with your device please go directly to the Pax website at the following link https://www.pax.com/pages/faq and open up a customer support ticket. Pax will then go through trouble shooting with you to determine the issue.

Please note the warranty is not applicable on mouthpieces or other accessories as they are replaceable parts which will need to be replaced over time.

Do I require the Pax Premium Maintenance Kit?

Ensuring the proper functioning of your Pax vaporizer requires regular cleaning. The Premium Maintenance Kit includes 3D ovens, enhancing draw and facilitating easy insertion and extraction.

How does the Pax Maintenance Kit differ from the Premium Maintenance Kit?

The Pax maintenance kit has the older oven screen design for Pax 2/3, along with a wire brush and 10 pipe cleaners. In contrast, the Premium Kit includes a wire brush and 3D oven screens compatible with all Pax vapes. These screens improve airflow and are easier to install.
